Should I tip?

What's normal? Leaving a gratuity for work well done seems to be the norm, but of course, it is optional. Most tips range from 20%-25% of the price of the services provided.

Should I apply make up after facial?

Make up shouldn't cause any post-facial clogging, unless you've had an oxygen or peel treatment. Post Oxygen treatment, you should try to keep your skin clean for at least one hour. Otherwise, make-up as you wish.

Should I wear underwear during massages?

Whatever makes you comfortable. You will be draped with sheets or towels at all times, but what is most important is your comfort.

Do I need to chat with my therapists?

Not at all. If you feel like chatting, go ahead. Otherwise,mention that you are going to enjoy tranquility!

Do I need to take my contact lenses off?

We have a general saline solution available. If you would like to remove them, please let your therapist know prior to your treatment. You must remove contact lenses prior to treatments such as microdermabrasion, eyelash tinting, eyelash extensions and repairs.

Can I return a product?

Is on location service available?

Yes. Please ask one of our concierge staff. We can arrange a customized on-site service.

Reservation, Cancellation and Late Policy

Please call or visit us to schedule your appointment. We ask for your credit card number to hold your reservation. Should you need to cancel in less than 24 hours we will make every effort to fill your appointment slot. If we are unable, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. In order to prepare everyone's schedule, all services end at the appointed time, and we ask that you please arrive fifteen minutes early and that you alert us if you are running late. Your reservation is considered a no show if you arrive more than 20 minutes late.

Gift Cards

Treat your loved ones, friends, and colleagues to experience Bliss! Give them a gift card. They are available in denominations of your choosing and are redeemable at Bliss Beauty Center in Los Altos for any services or products, or online at blissbeautycenter.com. Service Coupons and Payments

Purchase a series of 10 and your 11th treatment Is complimentary. Coupons are not redeemable for cash, and guests must bring the original coupon to their appointment.

In order to maintain a calm, relaxing spa environment, we ask that you please turn off all cell phones and pagers upon your arrival.
